Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious lattes in the morning Initially found it a little fiddly, but once I got the hang of it it was fine. Not too complicated to set up and makes great coffee. I like that I can put the milk container in the fridge and just take it out when required. It can be fiddly putting it back on, but make sure its on correctly! The coffee tastes great, it makes a great latte. I really like that I can adjust the froth to just the amount I like, definitely a feature I enjoy. It does drip a bit I've noticed, but not too much of an issue. All in all I'm very pleased with it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coffee machine As trained Barista, I was a little sceptical of this coffee maker. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. It’s so much quicker than a manual espresso machine. The fact that you have the option to use ground beans or pods gives great flexibility for the user. The milk is frothed really well. You can adjust how frothy you would like the milk to be so you can’t have a dry cappuccino or a wet latte depending on your preference. I definitely recommend this coffee machine for convenience and for the taste of the drinks.

The coffee looks and tastes like barista coffee every time and best of all the machine looks amazing on my kitchen side.

Best about it, hot water runs enough for 2 cups without waiting for machine to heat up again. Milk frother easy to clean. Adjustable level of cup stand for long and short. I bought this beautiful coffee machine from my local Curry’s, I can’t stop using it, it makes the perfect frothy coffee, but I put the manual back in the box, and didn’t know the wife put the box out for the dustman, so how can I get another manual for this model.

You can adjust the strength of coffee by using the single shot or double shot attachment. It will also steam your milk and you can adjust to how frothy you like. It won’t make you all the extras you may get with other pod style machines such as hot choc or vanilla lattes but for someone who enjoys a good coffee then this is a great machine. It’s quick and easy to use and gives you that real barista experience

It has multiple functions to enable you to make the coffee you desire and even customise it to add personal preference to your drink. It has saved us loads of money buying coffee out as we now make our coffee at home and pop it in one of our insulated drinks containers and take it on our day trip. The machine does take a little getting used to however the instructions are clear and easy to follow. It is imperative to keep onto of cleaning it to make sure your don't get any blockages and as it is using milk you want to keep your machine pristine to stop any milk going sour. A good option for those looking for a coffee machine to make all your favourite coffee house drinks at home.

I kept emailing and calling breville and instead of fixing it, they said they give me a 20 % off if I buy it again! As if I'm going to buy it again! Poor quality and terrible costumer service

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lush coffee I got this as my hubby and I like having fresh coffee in the morning and he’s a latte man whilst I like cappuccinos. This machine is perfect for this and I wonder how we’ve gone so long without one. At the press of a button you can get espressos, lattes and cappuccinos in seconds and they are sooooo good. I love the fact you can change the milk setting to either more hot milk or more foam. It’s easy to clean after and it makes absolutely delicious coffee

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sleek design - great coffee If you love your cappuccinos and lattes then the One-Touch CoffeeHouse II is the way to go. Lovely sleek design which doesn't take up much room on the kitchen worktop. Takes about 30 mins to set up and prime the machine before making your first coffee but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Uses both ground coffee and espresso pods, but you will need two pods for a strong cup of coffee. There are 3 pre-set functions for espresso, latte and cappuccino - small or large. The level of froth can be controlled manually using the dial on the milk reservoir. The lattes and cappuccinos are really creamy and frothy. If using ground coffee option you have to empty out the grounds after each use and then rinse the filter with water before making another cup. All in all an easy to use coffee machine producing quality drinks.

Makes a lovely cup of coffee just by pushing the button ok maybe you have to do a little more but it works. The only negative thing is at the min I can’t find another milk container as the daughter likes her coffe made with soya milk than Proper milk and the fact you can remove it and store your milk in the fridge is a positive from me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke down after 1 and a half years Apparently, this coffee machine won't last more than a year and a half after making 2-3 coffees per day (not even every single day...). I've returned from a one month holiday to find that it won't drip water anymore and 2 descaling sachets didn't do the trick. Breville don't have any authorised repairers, no appliance repair shop is interested in looking at it to try either, so it's only good for recycling now. Waste of money.

There are also manual buttons for just coffee or frothed milk. The machine was quick and easy to set up. It looks smart and stylish and it’s also easy to remove the milk jug and clean. I have used cafe nero ground espresso coffee and the coffee it makes tastes and looks great.

The appearance is beautiful and very modern and stylish and fits so well in my kitchen. I’ve given it such a low score due to its utterly infuriating handle design, which means 50% of the time you try to empty the ground coffee after use the end of the handle falls off into the bin. No idea why it’s been designed this way.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fab little machine Fab little coffee machine. Makes a lovey cup of proper coffee and also steams/frothes milk. It a fairly small machine that fits nicely on the counter. It does however have its down sides- the milk container lid is not that secure when you take it out to place it in the fridge. I have ended grabbing the lid and the then the milk container ends up falling causing milk to go everywhere when removing from the fridge. The portafilter part is quite stiff to move into the locked position but this is slowly becoming less of a problem. The touch control buttons are often pressed accidentally when I’m trying to secure the portafilter. I’m slightly confused by the size stated in the instructions for the ESE pods that are compatible with the machine, the instructions state 45mm pods should be used but I can’t find any 45mm pods anywhere but 44mm pods seem to be the actual size? It redemption is that it does make a nice cup of coffee and has is saving me a fortune by not having to go to a coffee shops

For £150 you’d think it was last more than two years with minimal usage. I guess there’s a reason why they only put a years warranty on it and the reviews are poor.

Easy to set up, use and clean!! It’s a sleek design and fits in well with my kitchen. The coffee is hot and very enjoyable.
