Perfect iced coffee every time.Im really happy with my iced coffee machine. Not only does it look sleek and smart on my counter top, but it's also really easy use, is super quick to clean, and makes the perfect iced coffee in under 5 minutes. Its the perfect strength every time, never watered down or over concentrated. This is due to the fact that everything is measured correctly for you and is in the right portions. From the water, the fill lines, and even the coffee scoop. Ive saved a small fortune making my own iced caramel lattes instead of visiting coffee shops. Top tip is to have lots of ice to hand, and your favourite syrup to recreate your favourite iced coffee drinks.

Brilliant little gadgetMy daughter is the iced coffee drinker in this house and she says it makes one that is better than the ones she buys!!! It’s so easy to use. I just buy the cheapest ‘medium strength’ ground coffee from the supermarket to use in it and it’s perfect. The tumbler that comes with the machine is ideal as it’s labelled with how much water and ice to use - cannot get simpler than that! Once the coffee is made we add a little, milk, sugar and vanilla syrup and it’s perfect. It makes a really good size drink that my daughter drinks over 2 days as it’s so big. It’s definitely a winner in this house. Easy to clean and small enough to sit in the corner on my worktop without getting in the way.

It’s okI have used this a few times now. And trying to find the actual difference between this and a tassimo? To be honest I cant really find any, apart from the capsule part for the tassimo. It is basically a hot water dispenser. Which you buy for cheaper elsewhere. But I do really love the tumbler it comes with. It’s so good and really strong and durable. If you like a good iced latte then you will need a lot of milk in the cup with ice. It is quite a simple mechanism to it and would prefer if it was a bit more high tech, as look and feels quite cheap. I feel like they have made it to jump on the trend and kind of failed.

Quick and easy coffeeI love coffee but I'm not really a fan of hot drinks, I prefer everything to be nice and cold. Whenever I tried to make iced coffee by myself, it always ended up tasting watered down or took too long. With this compact and handy product, the coffee never tastes watered down and is always the perfect strength. I add sugar with the coffee granules instead of into the tumbler and it blends perfectly as it brews. Adding my own syrups and sauces enhances the taste but it's not necessary to enjoy a good coffee from this machine. The only bad thing I have to say is that the product feels a bit flimsy like a children's toy.

I don't know what is iced about it...This is literally a filter coffee machine,
To make it iced you have to add your own ice as the coffee comes out piping hot.
Marketing it as an iced machine is clever but incredibly misleading

Love it!I love iced coffee and was really keen to try this. Firstly, it doesn’t make ice so you do need to make your own, I find that big ice cubes work best.
It’s really simple to use, add cold water, put a scoop of ground coffee in, put lots of ice in the cup and then press start. In a couple of minutes the fresh hot coffee starts to come through and drips on the ice (hence why big ones work best, a little of the ice melts where it’s dripped on so use lots)
I add milk and caramel syrup then and just stir and it’s ready! Delicious fresh iced coffee! I absolutely love it.

Nothing specialI have received this product as a Christmas gift. My partner knows how much I love and an iced coffee. I tried it tonight and the ratio was awful. I put in the recommended amount of coffee, water and ice but these were not a good combination. I even tried adding a syrup. I will stick to buying iced coffee from the shops.

Doesn’t work3rd one now and I can’t seem to get it to work, I turn it from the close to the open like it says and the water comes streaming out all over the place, I press the start and the light come on first time now it won’t come back on, the base is boiling hot but that’s about it. Completely give up now!
