Rated 4 out of 5 by from A decent kettle The kettle is really nice and looks lovely. I was concerned with the lid needing to be manually removed, but it's safe to do so even when the kettle is hot, and because the lid comes right off it makes it easier to clean. The negative to it is that the water level gauge is in behind the handle and starts at 3, which is a bit of a nuisance until you get used to knowing by the weight of it. I think it would be better to have the full gauge beside the handle on future models. Aside from that it's very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing kettle! Brilliant kettle. The grey goes with most colour schemes in a kitchen. It’s relatively quiet when boiling. The loft and pour is easy to use (I have a shoulder issue so it really helps). It holds a good amount of water and has a proper push down switch when working and the side lights up so my visually impaired hubbie finds it good to use too. Really great bit of kit and the lid comes off completely so easy to wash out the inside too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Potentially very dangerous! This looked to be a very pretty kettle out of the box so I eagerly filled it to do the first boil. The problem came after it had cooled a little and I wanted to remove the lid to empty, rinse and re-fill it. The lid split into two pieces as can be seen in the photo. The lower piece of the two (The one nearest the box) was still in the kettle opening so I carefully pried it out which caused one of the catches and spring to fly out! I re attached that and managed to get it back together again and thought that maybe it was to do with the heat from the steam making the plastic expand. I rinsed and refilled the kettle and again boiled it, this time I left it until it was cold and then the same thing happened again but when I pried out the lower piece 2 of the catches and springs flew out this time. Perhaps I received a faulty kettle but I can only review based on what I received and what I received is not fit for purpose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good capacity and boils quickly The kettle looks stylish with the lovely linear pattern and have a good capacity. Its not too loud and boil water quickly. It stays on the counter without slipping because of the non slip base and you can easily fold the cord under the base to give it a neat look. The lid is also easy to lift and it has a removeable limescale filter which can be cleaned easily

Water boils quickly and lid is easy to get off to fill water and also great for cleaning. Love the colour and design of this kettle and it looks great in my kitchen. Matches my grey and brown kitchen perfectly. Now I m looking for a matching toaster. Would highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and fast boiling The kettle feels very lightweight, looks very sleek with shiny grey outside and Matt grey stripes. Cord extends if need be by an extra few centimetres. It boils very quickly indeed. Light up click bottom so you know it's on. See through measure of how many cups the water inside will make. It's a great kettle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely kettle. Breville zen kettle is a lovely classy design. Nice glissy finish.. Rapid boil, boiling up to 8 cups when full. Nice tidy design with cord storage in base. Manageable to handle with Nice shaped handle. Delighted with this kettle fits in to my kitchen nicely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Brilliant kettle This looks so good and is easy to wipe down it has a really lovely ripple effect and the grey is a great colour. The kettle boils really quickly too. The only downside to this is the lid is quite hard to pull off and if there's water in it splashes out.
