Love it.
I love baking but I’m rarely prepared so this heat soft mixer is perfect. It allows me to start mixing ingredients straight from the cupboard or fridge without having to wait for things to get to room temperature.
It’s so easy to use , that much so I regularly use it to bake with my 4 year old. I also love the guard which stops flour and other ingredients being flung over the side.
It’s super easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.
I love how easily it stores away after use.

Professional quality for home baking
Superb quality stand mixer. There are some really good points that you need to know about; ideal size for home baking - bread prep has never been easier. The dough hook and mixers are so well designed they operate well and are veey easy to clean they feel substantial and good quality however are not heavy. The tools all fit simply using a push and twist fitting.
The splash guard fits neatly and has a neat letterbox section for adding ingredients.
I appreciate the light, I wasn't expecting but so glad if it i could see easily into the bowl because of it.
The booklet included gives clear instructions and some very clever tips and ideas for use. Not one that will be forgotten in a drawer.
Softening butter and chocolate is easy with the adjustable heat function, it just blows warm air heating the metal bowl simple but effective.
The stand mixer holds to the bench well with textured base, there is a but to get your hand under to move it easily.
I think the only down side is that it's large equipment to store, it really needs bench space rather than moving it in and out a cupboard. All of the mixers fit in the bowl when not in use to keep it neat!

Innovative! Game Changer!
This stand mixer really is a game changer because of the innovative heat technology, it makes baking so simple with very little washing up as all the ingredients can warm up in the bowl as you mix, saving time too. Baking with the kids this summer has been so much easier too. The mixer itself is amazing, you don’t need to scrape round the edges and push the dough/flour to the centre as it mixes it all consistently. My old mixer used to just stay in the cupboard for use on special occasions but this one stays on my counter and I have used it so many times. The mixer produces the softest fluffiest cakes, chocolate ganache and even pandesal (Filipino sweet bread rolls). It’s also super easy to set up and clean too, which is a bonus. I would very highly recommend this product, so much so that I have just bought my mum the 2 in 1 mixer.

Great mixer
This is really a great mixer. As someone who is a regular baker, this mixer is a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It’s very sturdy but not too bulky.
It comes with several attachments including a paddle with silicone scraper at the side which is perfect for cake batter and buttercream.
I really like the feature that allows you to apply heat to the bowl so that butter can be brought up to room temp quickly.

Superb Stand Mixer
This is by far the best stand mixer we have ever owned! We have made some absolutely incredible cakes and bread using this mixer and have had amazing results.
We started by making some chocolate brownies and using the melt function, it worked perfectly to melt the chocolate and butter together directly in the bowl, no messing about with a saucepan full of boiling water with a bowl over the top. The planetary mixing function combined with the smooth scrape beater meant all of the mixture was thoroughly combined without having to stop to scrape the mixture off the side.
We then made meringue cupcakes and again the mixer was amazing. The soften function allowed the butter straight out of our fridge to be warmed up to room temperature quickly and when combined with the other ingredients, again using the smooth scrape beater, made a smooth batter ready for the oven. They were the lightest and fluffiest cupcakes we have ever made. Then for the topping, we switched to the whisk which made short work of the egg whites and sugar using the planetary rotation. Again the mixer made the lightest and fluffiest meringue we have ever made.
Finally we used the dough hook to knead the bread mixture to make a recipe provided in the instructions, a lovely garlic and rosemary Focaccia. The dough hook worked the dough so well resulting in amazing gluten stretching.
The heatguard works better than our previous stand mixers as it has a clip to open and close meaning the heat stays in but can be opened to add ingredients. All parts are dishwasher safe and really helps with the clean up.
We cannot recommend this stand mixer highly enough!

Perfect Mixer
I love my new Breville Mixer,its stylish,looks elagant and very sturdy.The bowl is deep and perfect for batters and doughs.The heat function is great as it saves time waiting for butter/to melt.The accessories are easy to change and easy to wash as they are dishwasher safe.The mixer only needs a wipe down.So far im really impressed with this mixer,it makes baking easy and fun.

I am own the HeatSoft ® Stand Mixer by breville about two weeks and I can tell this is amazing stand mixer.
With 4 different functions: Mix / beat / whisk / knead. Great capacity 5.2l Great choice of 10 speeds. And great function - HeatSoft that can make your butter melted very quick time.
I am really enjoy my new stand mixer and recommend to everyone.

Amazing must have kitchen gadget!
Me and my mother love baking together and we were so excited to try out this mixer. I particularly love that we can bake in less time as mixing in butter straight from the fridge is a breeze with this. Due to the amazing heat technology! The different speeds on the mixer is also very beneficial depending on what the recipe for the cake states..Happy!

Looks great on my countertop
I love the time spent on the details of this machine the white and rose gold really compliment eachother and the machine looks great in my modern kitchen. The item itself works like a dream and mixes butter flour eggs and sugar really well with little noise. Easy to cleanup too which is a bonus. Only downside is the bowl size I wish it was bigger.

This worked so good when i used it to mix ingredients to bake my low carb cake. It was very straight forward to use and the instructions were easy to understand. I am looking forward to using it to mix more ingredients. I especially like that it melted the butter into the other ingredients without me having to melt the butter before mixing.

Wow this is just amazing not only does it look modern and stylish it also helps make a perfect cake with ease.as it has the function to melt butter or chocolate into the mix that may still be to hard and also scraps round side of the bowl so all mixture is included.total game changer for bakers

I am loving this mixer. It is very sturdy and has good quality accessories with it. Very strong and tough. I can see this lasting a very long time. It mixes my cake mix perfectly and the heat feature is amazing. No more waiting for butter to soften naturally. This does the job so much quicker.

This is amazing and worth every penny! We decided to try it out and make some cookies. My butter was hard from the fridge. The mixer softened Mt butter within seconds and made the most beautiful consistency cookie dough! I am so impressed! I can't wait to use this for so much more!

Such an easy appliance to use I have fallen in love with baking again. Not having to wait for the butter to reach room temperature is a game changer, I have a toddler and we have a lot of fun baking together. It also looks good in the kitchen and doesn't take up too much space.

I love this new mixer. It looks great and the ability to heat things all in the same bowl is genius. Less washing up has to be a win. Great range of mixing implements too from whisks to bread things. Can’t wait for all the new baking I’m going to try out.

Easy, modern and perfect for cooking
I with my kids love to bake something together and sometime we are very spontanic - lets bake cake ! But need to wait till butter softens, takes a while. I felt in love with this mixer after first time - it very sturdy and steady, mixing bowl fixing in the base, love the top lid - guard, with pouring whole - you can safely add any additional ingridients without stopping mixer and avoid spashing everythere on mixing process. My best and favourite feature of this mixer - no more waste of time for butter softening on the table - mixer have an amazing feature soften the butter so that is just incredible !There is plenty of different attachments for batter, whisk egg whites and dough aswell, so for any kind of mixing - will find right attachment. Very easy to use and change attachments -just lift the top leaver and it is effortless to take bowl aswell. The speed is controled aswell - you will adjust from 1 to 10 by needs. Mixer is absolutely amazing with so many features and baking is more easy and satisfying.
Mixer is very stylish and suits perfectly with my modern kitchen design.

Amazing Stand Mixer
I could not be happier with this stand mixer, it is brilliant! The heating element saves me time and washing up, melting butter was always a faff to soften without actually melting it and to be honest sometimes a job I would skip to save time (but then my cake wouldn’t be as good!). This mixer makes everything simpler and makes baking an absolute pleasure.
The attachments are really easy to clean and I am so pleased that all the accessories and bowl are dishwasher safe.
I also made some amazing pizza dough in the mixer, previously I’d have to spend ages kneading the dough which really took some effort. Now I can knock up a batch in 10 mins with the mixer doing all the hard work for me! The mixer only needed to be on the lowest speed setting for the kneading so it shows what good power it has.
Finally I love how super stylish the machine is, it looks far better in person than on the picture. It’s a lovely matte white metal finish which gives it a really premium look. It even has a little light built in so you can always see how your mix is getting on.
This is 10/10 for me, I absolutely love it and highly recommend it.

Technological Masterpiece for the Kitchen!
What a simple idea which has been brought to life with amazing technology. The ability to soften and mix whether that be butter/chocolate at the same time is genius, it uses warm air to gently soften the mixture while it mixes it. I used to hate waiting for butter to soften and then to go back a few hours later, the Breville HeatSoft Stand Mixer lets you do all the work in one go, no stopping anymore! Who wants to stop and wait when baking, this is a real game changer... There is more great innovation, it has an attachment which scrapes of all the mixture on the sides (you know that sticky mix that always get stuck on the sides), this ensures all the ingredients are used up, so as well as less waste it also allows the right consistency in the mix. There are a few more attachments which allows you to use the correct adapter for the type of mix you have, also there is a speed function which helps with different recipes. The build quality is really good, it looks the part in the kitchen, cleaning the Breville HeatSoft Stand Mixer is a breeze, there are no awkward bits which you can't get at, it washes and cleans with ease. This has changed my views on baking, thank you Breville, when I think about technology helping us this is right up there!

Game Changer
I was a bit concerned that this was going to be a below par mixer with a gimmick but I have been blown away by its performance!
Let's start with the interesting part, the heating element. Essentially it's a heat gun directed into the bowl that softens and melts your ingredients. It's not completely perfect, but it saves on so much faff and washing up. I made chocolate cornflakes with my kids. Usually this would mean putting a pan of water onto boil, melting the chocolate whilst trying not to let little hands touch the water or the bowl and the extra washing up after. With this machine the chocolate was melted in the bowl in a matter of minute and absolutely no one was in danger of scalding. The paddle mixer made sure every last drop of chocolate was scraped from the sides too! We added in the cornflakes and used one bowl for the whole adventure instead of our usual three or four. It now sits very attractively on the shelf in our dining room, ready for more baking adventures. We also tried flapjacks and ginger nuts and they both turned out brilliantly. This is a must have machine for baking with children!
There is one downside, its quite noisy but then this isn't a particularly expensive machine. If they brought out a higher end version I would be very interested!
