The box advertises: • deep fill plates for more fillings • easy clean non stick plates • 5 minutes to toastie perfection • vertical stand for compact storage • cut and seal system to create the perfect snapable toastie • sweet & savoury toasties omelettes and more. This is compact, sleek and stylish with a soft close self click in place mechanism. It has lights on the top so you can see it is switched on and the temperature gauge shows when it is hot enough to use. It heats up very quickly and super easy to use! We’re big cheese and ham toastie fans in this house so was excited to try it. It was super easy to use and made a great toastie. When the machine had cooled down you just wipe over to clean it. Negs: it would be good if the plates can be removed / dishwasher safe to be able to thoroughly clean. The bread doesn’t quite fit in. Nice and compact for easy storage and very quick for a nice quick lunch. I do recommend! Thank you

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not really deep fill but an ok toastie maker! I was so excited to try the toastie maker, we used to have one when I was a child so it brought back lots of memories! I made my toastie according to the instructions, ham and cheese was my choice of filling, popped it in to the toastie maker, closed the lid but this is what it all went wrong! It’s supposed to be deep fill, but the bread was too big, I had to cut off all the crust, the cheese started coming out from the sides and when I thought it was done I took it out and it all just slid apart!! Not sure what I did wrong but it didn’t cut and seal the toastie like it stated, it did cut through the bread but it just burnt the ham in the centre. To be fair, once I’d cut it and put back together it taste really nice, maybe next time I’ll experiment with different fillings and it might work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO EASY TO CLEAN! I am so excited about this!!! It is so easy to clean you literally just wipe it! No effort required it is 100% non stick. I made a cheese and bean toastie not only did it not spill out like it usually would (I think I have the deep fill plates to that for this) it cleaned up a dream I have used it several times since and it looks brand new. It is small and compact, I was worried when I seen size of the box but it is small enough to put in my kitchen cupboard with a lot of space to spare

I’ve had sandwich toasters before and found the lids broke easily as they were just not deep enough to cope with the fillings and bread. This deep fill toaster is perfect and makes wonderfully balanced toasties! It’s easy to use and cleans in a flash!! Since having this sandwich toaster it’s been used daily by my son when he comes home from work for his lunch! A definite family favourite.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very leaky and definitely not deep fill If you're a fan of toasties like I am then you're probably wanting a decent toastie maker that is deep fill, and doesn't leak. This toastie maker is not the toastie you're looking for. The good points about this toastie maker is that it browns the bread very well and evenly, and it is non stick. I've had no issues trying to take the toastie out once it's done. The toasties look very appealing once they're made, and they have a great crisp texture. The hot plates heat up very fast, and so it doesn't take long to start cooking on. The toastie maker itself looks beautiful, almost like a sort of lunch box style - it's very pleasing to the eye and would suit any kitchen theme. The bad points about this toastie maker is that you can't put much inbetween the bread at all without it leaking. When using cheese, it will leak out not just from the sides, but also from the middle where the toastie maker naturally separates and "seals" the middles. Now you may think I'm just not assembling my toasties correctly, but I have tested this several times and each time I've left plenty of space around the filling so the bread can seal properly, and even left space diagonally down the middle of the bread so the middle can separate and seal properly. However, this hasn't helped and the cheese has still leaked out. I've also used very little filling inside, and it still leaks out as mentioned before. At first it seems easy to clean the hot plates after using. The non stick makes it very easy to just wipe any mess off. However, the toastie maker itself is a huge grease trap. Somehow the oils from the cheese, and whatever fats you use to help brown the outside if the bread, manage to seep into the bottom of the toastie maker and end up being trapped inside. After giving the toastie maker a seemingly thorough clean, the grease still ends up dripping out these vents on the bottom of the maker. I've not used it in days now and every day I still have to lift it up and wipe underneath it because more grease still keeps dripping. I've also tried using the toastie maker to make omelettes but they're very difficult to do without making a mess all over your kitchen counter. No matter how little egg mixture you use, it still manages to seep out the sides, and down into the inside of the base. The omelettes themselves then tend to be really dry but with random bits of raw egg inside. As you can probably tell, I'm really not a massive fan of this machine. I think it's poorly designed, and hasn't been tested properly by the manufacturer. If you get this toastie maker then you're just going to have a grease trap that you're constantly wiping up after, even when just storing it.

It's small so takes up minimal cupboard space, but heats up quickly and makes nice sealed triangular toasties. We do have to cut the top off our usual bread as we buy bigger loaves. The only problem is cleaning as with similar products, however its fine if it is given a wipe over while still warm. In only a few weeks this has already been used multiple times so a big hit in our house!

We wanted to go for a deep fill toastie maker as we like our toppings in there. Overall very impressed produced a nice crispy toastie in a matter of minutes with no leakage of topping. Only real negative is that you couldn’t take the plates out to clean them properly but overall a brilliant product

What a disappointment - with only one slice of ham and thin slice of cheese it was impossible to close. It is not one bit better than the previous sandwich toasters I have had. I think 'deep fill' is not an accurate description. Save your money - mine is now languishing in a cupboard!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from crispy nice size to make a snack. follow the instructions to make some lovely snack . one that i tried was banana, chocolate spread and marshmallows, sounds weird but it was lovely the chocolate melted along with the marshmallows making a lovely gooey mesh en capsuled in a warm golden crispy bread .... easy to clean ...light... go ahead get one and experiment

I've not have them in so long and when this toastie maker arrived I just had to make a lovely cheese and ham toastie straight away. It did not disappoint and I've had several since! Also I love that it stands up easily so it fits nicely away.

Though while it makes a pretty pattern on the toast, I don’t think I could call it deep fill in good conscience. You can put a little pile of things in the very middle but it’s a limited filling. Also not terribly easy to clean but I suppose removable plates are for higher end models.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy Who does love a sandwich toastie super easy to use, and can hold quite a bit off filling to, then once put in close and wait for the green light to come on, before taking out, bread was lovely golden brown, love how much filling you can get in to this deep filled, would recommend my old one only could fit half the filling to this one

I was using a grill to make mine before I got this one but it's SO much better. You can really fill your toastie and nothing falls out. It's really easy to clean too and nothing sticks to it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice deep toastiers This is really easy to use, and advised can make deep filled toastiest which I love! I always add too much cheese! My only complaint is that you can only use square shaped bread slices to get the perfect toastie. Warburtons and the like don't fit properly so you end up getting a large amount of uncooked bread on the side.

You can get so much more stuffed inside and it seals the edges much better too. It doesn’t take too long to heat up and you’ve got a delicious toastie within 4 minutes. Perfect for quick lunches or lazy dinners

I’m somewhat confused though as it says ‘deep fill’ … I have thick sliced bread & struggled to close it, only filling it with sliced cheese. It’s super quick though and gives you amazing toasties! Definitely a fave for us

Also it has quite deep 'pockets' so none of the fillings have over spilled yet. Toasts the sandwiches just right. Really easy to clean and use. It's pretty sturdy and great value.

Slightly uneven toast across the toastie but it was xxl thick bread so will use thinner bread in future. Super easy to clean with little to no sticking! I absolutely love making lunchtime toasties with it - it's super easy to use and wipe clean as well as being perfect for a number of different fillings. It doesn’t have removable plates but actually prefer it this way as my old one got burnt all under neath. Highly recommend this to anyone
